Hello, to ensure we are competitively priced in the Reno market, we subscribe to a service that shops us against our competitors for not only parts pricing, but also service labor rates. If you’re shopping the digital marketplace where large-scale dealers/parts warehouses ship directly to the customer, we can’t compete with that model, nor can most brick and mortar full-service franchised dealerships in Reno. That said, if a part is ever defective out of the box, it is a lot easier to hold us accountable than it would be an online parts warehouse.
