Hello, please accept my humble apology for your recent experience. Having car troubles when traveling is stressful, and of course that stress is compounded when your vehicle breaks on a weekend when most dealerships are not staffed for diagnostic work. On Saturdays, we only staff the service department for routine maintenance. While it ended up being a minor issue, your vehicle was towed to our service center not running, which could have indicated a whole host of complicated issues.
