We purchased 2 cars and leased 1 since 2014. Dealership never showed loyalty or appreciation when I would call to have service done because they were too busy. I brought my car in for a recall and asked if they could check my breaks as well because they seemed like they might need to be replaced and we were about to go on a road trip. They said they would check them along with the typical inspection they do on all cars. When I brought my car car in I had a low tire pressure alarm on, and a rear running light out. My car was returned to me later that day and was told everything looked good. My car still had the low tire pressure alarm on and a rear tail light out. I can only assume my breaks weren’t actually checked since it seems they didn’t do the other inspections. On top of that I received a phone call that night asking when I was going to come pick up my car. I informed them I had already picked up my car several hours earlier. Seemed disorganized. I tried to call them multiple times to discuss this issue and even left two messages with no return phone call. More
