Honestly not sure if I was billed correctly or maybe I just didn't understand the breakdown.. After looking at my bill, it seems as if they attempted a repair on my vehicles transmission and when that fai just didn't understand the breakdown.. After looking at my bill, it seems as if they attempted a repair on my vehicles transmission and when that failed, they then put in a brand new one from the factory. Looking at my bill, it seems as if I was billed the labor on the failed repair, which I think is unfair. The labor for my repair was about 2/3rds of the total cost of the repair, which is very surprising!. So, honestly, I feel I was taken advantage of.. There's no way that dropping an old transmission and putting in a new one could take the amount of hours billed. But then again, I'm no mechanic.. More

I brought my vehicle in for the check engine light being on which was the second time in 6 months, they diagnosed the problem, thought they fixed it and then they needed another part, the issue was better b on which was the second time in 6 months, they diagnosed the problem, thought they fixed it and then they needed another part, the issue was better but my car was still running rough so they rediagnosed the issue and found that I needed a new engine. I was very upset because I've only had this car for 18 months and I'm on top of any scheduled maintenance, Ryan was able to get me into a loaner car thank goodness because my car was in the shop for a total of 45 days. Ryan got a whole new engine covered under my extended warranty. I was very pleased with the care and time they took on my car even though it took a while they made sure it was done right and Ryan was awesome. Everyone there is always so friendly and prompt. More
