They had me waiting an extra hour even do my car was ready at the front. I'm glad I went outside to make a call. After leaving, the next day I had a warning in my car saying a wire was disconnected. The sales personnel was very friendly, however, I feel that the car sold to us was not inspected properly. It was sold with a mice nest and chewed up engine wiring. I was grateful that dealership acknowledged their mistake and took the car for a quick fix up (however, initially, they tried to blame this issue on me and charge $4.5K for repairs). Now, I expect the car to cause more and more issues and was very disappointed that the dealership did not even give us 30 days warranty. Overall, my experience was very stressful and I will never go back. More
I purchased a new car within 48 hours and 75 miles. The check engine light came on. Before I purchased the car I was told they did a complete service check.
