I have been in twice. Once for a recall and once for brakes. When I was in for the recall I asked to be called when my car was ready. I got no call and when I called to check could not get a hold of anyone. My car was finished sooner than I was told but I waited because I did not know if it was done. I ended up waiting over 3 hours for a job that was done in 1 hour. The service advisor did not care. The second time Lace helped me. He always provides excellent customer service so I had no issues. This makes me not want to return because I could not find out if my car was ready. More
