This is a great dealership. I’ve only gone for oil changes because Hyundais don’t break down and you can keep them forever (I’m going on 16 years with mine). But for service, they get you in and out quickly and have never told me I had something wrong when I didn’t (Subaru dealership told me there was something wrong with every oil change, so this is huge). The advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love this dealership. More

I bought a used car from Lithia and within a week I had electrical issues with it. I talked to the sales person and he said it would be under warranty. When i brought it to the service department they said electrical issues with it. I talked to the sales person and he said it would be under warranty. When i brought it to the service department they said it was a 3K repair and I had to pay for it because it was not under warranty. They had my car for weeks and i got the run around the whole time.
