Great Service Prompt, efficient and friendly. I came in for a 60,000 mile servicing and mentioned that there was also a problem with my trunk. When finished, Matt Prompt, efficient and friendly. 2012 chevy Do not buy a car here! I bought a 2012 chevy for close to $10,000 and it has given me nothing but problems. Its a lemon! I havent even had the car for Do not buy a car here! I bought a 2012 chevy for close to $10,000 and it has given me nothing but problems. Its a lemon! I havent even had the car for a year and i have replaced the coolant reservoir, thermostat, water pump, ignition coil and plugs, the entire engine!, catalytic converter, the turbocharger twice! Their service department is awful! It took me hours, sometimes even days to get a response. And when i did get a response theres always a new problem! Do not buy here, i have had an awful experience and wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy! I have expressed my concern multiple time and they dont care! They have done nothing to help me.. I am very upset with them but there is nothing i can do but wait until i pay off this piece of junk.. Thanks for nothing lithia hyundai.. You should be shut down for treating people so bad.. More

Very happy with service but not sales We have been receiving excellent service from Lance Smith for several years. He is always pleasant and eager to assist with the service of our vehicle We have been receiving excellent service from Lance Smith for several years. He is always pleasant and eager to assist with the service of our vehicles. This last service is when we picked up a small metal object in our left rear tire. The interior portion of the tire was sliced beyond repair. When we contacted Lance, he said that we had tire protection when we purchased the vehicle and to bring it in and he would make a claim for us. We brought the vehicle to the dealership and he told us he would call with the results of the claim. He also said that there was a recall on the vehicle for a shift indicator. He said we could make an appointment to get it taken care of and I decided to talk with my spouse about it, check our calendar and call him back. About an hour later, he called and told us the claim was approved and that a new tire would be installed on the vehicle. He said the tire technician was enroute to the provider and would be back shortly. He then asked if we could leave the vehicle a little longer and he would have the recall completed. In the past when we have brought our other 2005 Santa Fe and 2010 Santa Fe in for service, Lance has always given excellent service and noted several warranty/recall issues that he has had completed for us. He is a credit to your Service Department. More
