I take my car in to get any work or maintenance done. This one individual gives the most caring and graceful customer service I've ever seen in my life. She's the reason why I keep going. Her name is Tabatha Culver. I always feel welcomed and cared for. I'm on a strict budget and when things arise she finds best options to take care of my needs. She's friendly with my family. She updates me about the status of my car. When I'm ready to go she walks me to my vehicle. I feel like she's a life long friend. She's a positive asset to the company and my experience.
