I do not recommend I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP...We purchased a used Dodge Durango from this dealer less than 6 months ago. Our sales person was Ronald, seemed like a pretty decent guy. Had I wrote this review right after our purchase my only complaint would have been we spent an entire day there.... literally! 8am to almost 9pm. But a good review is likely in the beginning, they do whatever they can to close the sale. Less than 6 months in and the truck we JUST PURCHASED needs a new starter and battery. In my times of purchasing vehicles I have NEVER had to do repairs like this so soon, as long as I kept up daily maintenance as we have done. The dealer charged us $140 to diagnose the a problem we shouldn't have had so soon in the 1st place, but whatever. We can't do anything about it. However, to make matters even more ridiculous, they called to tell us the work thats needed isnt covered under the warranty we purchased, and that it would cost some crazy amount over $1000 for a freaking BATTERY AND STARTER, they lost me when I heard 1 thousand. THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!!! When we mentioned how ridiculous this is, the gentleman response with... "The parts are pretty cheap, it's the 3 hour labor." First thing, that isnt even 3 hours of work. It doesn't take 3 hours to reinstall a starter (mind you, they already have it out from diagnosing it, because they told us they will leave out for us to pick up and take else where) that shows me how shady they are. We priced the parts the starter and battery it's about $275. So over $800 in JUST LABOR!!! I do take some fault because I should OF NEVER PURCHASED FROM A DEALER who can't stand behind the product they sold for at least 6 months. Unfortunately, we didn't think of this at purchase, so hopefully this helps someone else. They may be ok with new vehicles, but obviously they lack integrity so I wouldn't even purchase a new one from them. We've relocated from east coast. The dealership I purchased from back home stood behind what they sold. They prided themselves in not selling cars with issues to their customers. If the vehicle had ANY ISSUES in the 1st 6 months they took care of it with no problem. We were in the market for a 2nd vehicle, and my fiance saw a few things there while he waited for the truck... BUT I REFUSE to go back there and purchase another vehicle. This experience was right on time before I gave this dealership any more money. More
