Trisha is great however I have only had problems with this dealership. Everytime I go in, customer service is awful. Ordered parts from the parts department. Never called me. Ended up stopping by and the this dealership. Everytime I go in, customer service is awful. Ordered parts from the parts department. Never called me. Ended up stopping by and the parts guy straight up ignored me. When I asked him if I could get help after 10 minutes of standing 2 feet in front of him... he gives me massive attitude as says he has to get parts to the technicians. Once I got a manager involved, which took another 10 hoops to jump through, it took them 2 minutes to grab my part. Like I have time to wait around for Lythia to decide when it's convenient for them to do their job. As for my oil change service... that took over 3 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT! When I finally get my car... over an hour past the promised finish time, I see the tech get out of my car covered in dirt and oil. No covers in my car. Seats stained. And the smell in my car was so bad I had to roll down my windows and wait to leave. I gagged multiple times trying to simply roll down my windows. Lythia never apologizes. Never cares. Over charges. Lies about services rendered ot needed. Sales is just as shady. Drive to Carson City Hyundai. They even wash your car as a courtesy More

Had a slow leak in my tire when I purchased the car (certified used). Cover by nitrofill, they offered to get me a free tire but charge me $50 to shave it down to be a worn as the other tires. I had an appointment for recall services, and then asked to add on a tire repair. They confused my husband’s car with mine, and told me that the recalls had been done already. I waited for an hour and a hal to add on a tire repair. They confused my husband’s car with mine, and told me that the recalls had been done already. I waited for an hour and a half past the appointment time for them to even start the tire repair, and then they realized the recalls were not done on my car yet, and that I would have to come back on another day. It seems like appointments are not valid, and you still wait around like you would for a walk-in service. More
