All good except for one thing Appt was fine, with one exception. When oil change was completed, Lance was at lunch so another employee helped with my check out. He said there was some leak, but he didn't the details so Lance would call me back to explain the problem. Lance has not called back. I have left a voicemail, which has not been returned. I also sent him a text, and he did not reply. Paperwork said this leak required immediate attention, so it is especially important for me get some information about the problem. More

I requested for an earlier schedule for first time oil change, was accommodated and Brett sent me a confirmation email. As we walked in the office, we were greeted right away by the staff of the Service D change, was accommodated and Brett sent me a confirmation email. We were referred to Brett right away, hand sanitizer on his desk, individualized pen ready and was advised of the time frame of the service. Service was done on a timely manner. We were escorted to our car by Tabatha, number in car taken out, key given back to us and a thank you with a smile. More
