I live 123 miles from the nearest Hyundai Service Center. When I made the appointment for the recall #197, I explained that I live out of town, and there is oil leaking onto my alternator. They had my car fo When I made the appointment for the recall #197, I explained that I live out of town, and there is oil leaking onto my alternator. They had my car for 3 hours, just to confirm what I told them over the phone. They explained they don't keep the alternator or valve cover gasket in stock. They had to order the parts and I had to bring it back a second time. Guess what, they didn't have it ready by the time I had to return home!!! My grandkids were getting out of school! Thank goodness my daughter brought her truck. So, home we went, just to return, a 3rd time. 246 miles.round trip, three times, totals 738 total miles, not including the 2nd vehicle. Multiply 5.25 per gallon of premium gasoline times 37 gallon equals ~$195.25, plus, lunch for 3ach day Altogether, it cost me our of pocket about $300, not including my time, just waiting. I realize their is a certain protocol these places have to follow, however, for those of us that do not live in a big city, there is no consideration made by the service department. On the bright side, there is no more leak and the new alternator is working as it should. One more thing, the mechanic forgot to put a screw back in place on the manifold. Thank God I found it when I got home!!! It was a miracle the screw did not fall out while traveling home!!! More
I have had a overall great experience. Lance Smith provide a great service and he is awesome service rep. And he is why I give you 5 stars. But there is a sales rep there named Matt. Very rude a very disrespectful employee that shouldn't be working as a front line employee and is a poor representation of the dealership. If I had to deal with him every time I needed to go to the service department I would never buy a another car or recommend one from that dealership. More

Dealer said I would get a tax credit for buying hybrid car, I told him he was wrong, he said it was new credit for 2024. I was right he was wrong. No credit for hybrid only for ev and plugin hybrid and on car, I told him he was wrong, he said it was new credit for 2024. I was right he was wrong.
