Seemingly trivial issue (elevated misfirings in 1y old ionic hybrid plugin gas engine) took several days to resolve, however, during which I was out of a car. Person test-driving/diagnosing it seemingly didn't know the vehicle very well and drove mostly on battery (which was almost full when I brought the car in and almost empty when I got it back). More
