I always come here to get my car serviced. Some may say oh dealerships aren’t too expensive and they’re just trying to make money. This might be true but ever since my first visit, Matt Franceschini has been excellent, showing compassion, respect, and courtesy at the highest level. My last service was a transmission fluid change and he told me that the total was going to be around $1500. I was a little bit shocked but it was something that had to be done. But even he knew something was wrong. So he double and triple checked with the mechanics and even called Hyundai, and found out that was a lifetime transmission fluid for a different engine, and the new total came out to be less than half that amount. The amount of work everybody at that dealership puts into making sure everything is right is well worth the extra money. I’ve come to trust this dealer fully with my car. More

I'm very upset by this particular visit. The first complaint I have is how long it took; I understand that things are different right now due to COVID-19, and there are limitations in place for the em complaint I have is how long it took; I understand that things are different right now due to COVID-19, and there are limitations in place for the employees' protection while they're working. That doesn't change the fact that I was told there oil change would only take about 1 hour to 1 hour, 15 minutes, but I was actually there for two hours, and was never given an update that it would take longer. Also, the oil cap on the engine was broken, not by my own doing, yet I'm being expected to pay for the replacement? I've never touched that cap in the entire time I have owned this vehicle, so I don't understand why I should pay for a replacement of a piece I've never touched, and was broken by someone else's handling. I will also be returning to the service department today (7/3/20) to address this issue. I wish I could a proper 5-star for this visit, I want to give this visit a 5-star review as the service department is always great. The problem is, I can't for the reasons I have given. More
