Lance was good with communicating about my vehicles needs. The only slight complaints that I have are #1-Lube sticker not in vehicle or on RO, #2-oil maintenance not reset, and #3-It would have been ni needs. The only slight complaints that I have are #1-Lube sticker not in vehicle or on RO, #2-oil maintenance not reset, and #3-It would have been nice to put my vehicle through car wash to get rid of all the bird poop and dirt all over vehicle. I wish that Lance could have been there to check my vehicle out and go through my RO. Matt Fink in the parts department was able to answer most of my questions. More
