I have dealt with Lithia since early 2014. They helped me to maintain my 2011 Genesis and sold me my present 2015 Genesis. They have performed virtually all the services for both cars. Good techs, solid work, HIGHWAY ROBBERY on parts charges!!! Have been there a total of three times and this will be my last time ever. There prices for parts are absolutely ridiculous. $700 for a h charges!!! Have been there a total of three times and this will be my last time ever. Would recommend the service center as long as you guys parts elsewhere because you will be shocked on there upcharge. More
