The appointment set up and actually getting in touch with someone in service center wasn’t fantastic, but I was impressed with the service I was given dropping off my vehicle(and on evening before Thanksgivi someone in service center wasn’t fantastic, but I was impressed with the service I was given dropping off my vehicle(and on evening before Thanksgiving holiday). The book on line is fast and good, but when you arrive at the dealer, you are booked to a specific person. Then you wait for ten minutes while he is busy with another customer.
