The book on line is fast and good, but when you arrive at the dealer, you are booked to a specific person. Then you wait for ten minutes while he is busy with another customer. I was totally surprised how everyone at Lithia treated me. They were very helpful and polite. I was surprised when they started talking to me about buying a vehicle from them when I had just got a Konami me. They were very helpful and polite. Anyway I was able to better my self with a newer Konami with better warranty and a lot better financing plus its being carried by my bank which is awesome. I had an oil change at 8:30 am and at 9:30 I went in to see if it was done. It was. I don’t know if the oil change took an hour or if my person watching to see if it was done was at fault for an hour wait. see if it was done. It was.
