My recent visit to Lithia Hyundai was as fabulous as you could get in relation to the "dreaded" car repair visit. I was especially impressed with my service writer, Tiffany. She went above and beyond in g could get in relation to the "dreaded" car repair visit. I was especially impressed with my service writer, Tiffany. She went above and beyond in getting my Santa Fe's many needs taken care of quickly and efficiently, advising me what repairs were needed now, what could be done a little later, and pointing out what was covered under warranty or not. She arranged a rental car for me and even saved me some repair $$$ which was most appreciated! More
