I am disappointed, I made an appointment to have a recall fixed, Went to the appointment and the part was not in- wasted my time and gas. I live 5 hours from Reno - my issue was with the rear license plate on a new, 2022 Tucson. Screws supplied not right size. I wrapped them in tape to get them to hold. Next time I am in Reno I will come license plate on a new, 2022 Tucson. Screws supplied not right size. I wrapped them in tape to get them to hold. Lithia Hyundai did a lot of things right. My only complaint is that it took too long. I had to schedule an appointment that was at least a couple of weeks out. Then, the part almost didn't come in t complaint is that it took too long. I had to schedule an appointment that was at least a couple of weeks out. Then, the part almost didn't come in time. Then, they had to keep my vehicle overnight to complete the service that was only supposed to take a few hours. They did give me a loaner car, so that was nice. However, then it took until after 1:00 to get my car back the following day when I told them I needed it by 11:00. They are either too busy or didn't prioritize my vehicle in the cue. More

Tabitha has been my service advisor for a few years now and her professionalism and kind and calm demeanor never ceases to amaze me. Her dept is always extremely busy but she always seems to be focused and on top of everything she does. She’s such a great multi tasker and seems like greatly relied upon employee, and a very important asset to her dept and the company. More

They didn’t reset the service reminder and still waiting on parts for a sensor. Have not heard from anyone regarding the sensor on when they might come in.
