2 service visits for something I should have gotten with 1. Serious problem, but might be a Hyundai problem in the they might not allow their mechanics to problem solve without making them check off cheaper 1. Serious problem, but might be a Hyundai problem in the they might not allow their mechanics to problem solve without making them check off cheaper solutions….so for me the customer, it added up to 5 hrs waiting between the 2 visits…for one recall (the fix should have been 15 min max) and 4.75 Hrs for replacing a USB port so that the Appleplay worked….they didn’t actually think they fixed the problem. …but they did, bc when I got the car back I discovered that the setting had been changed while in their care, to the other option, not iPhone. Also cost me 3 hrs total drive time for these 2 visits. Not pleased…. More

I’m not sure if the fluids are topped off when I get my oil changes. I never used to run out before, however, the past couple of times I’ve been running out of wiper fluid. I don’t know if this is part of the service but it should be. That’s what you get when you go to service places elsewhere for oil changes. I quit asking to get my car cleaned since it always comes back dirtier than it was before it went in. Even though they wash it, they don’t wipe it dry and the windows always have to be redone. They left greasy hand prints all over the car and I had to have it cleaned afterward. More
