The two tubes we were there for our Hyundai maintenance was fine. My complaint is that both times I had to call then once my partner got gone because they neglected to give us the check list with all the was fine. We bring both our cars in for oil changes, tire rotations and mileage services. The guys at the service desk are quick and friendly. We were told we needed new tires as the tread was bad. The tires only had 15,000 miles on them so we went right to where we bought them. They checked and only the two back tires were bad. The fronts looked new. It was mentioned that maybe they had never rotated them until that day and that’s why the tread was only bad on the one pair. Overall we are usually happy with our service. More

Working with Sales Manger/ service department to fix what should have been fixed before they sold me a truck with needing $6,500 in repairs now, and only owning the truck 5 months. Before going on a trip we took it to another Mechanic shop. Who told us the front end was unsafe to drive on a trip. When taken back to Lythia to confirm our mechanics observation Lythia service department agreed with the repairs needed. Yet say it’s not covered under warranty and we bought it this way. Friend of 30+ years said the truck was sound and good. 3rd car we have bought from him and sent many friends there to purchase vehicles. Now, we wait to see what the service department is going to do to fix the truck as it should have been before anyone purchased it!!! Many email have been sent by me. Not many have been answered. Except for “It’s been sent to our Service Dept to handle, I’ll get back to you. That was over a week and a half ago. No answers or solutions yet. Next step I guess will be to contact corporate offices I guess. Or maybe this will go to corporate and they’ll reach out to fix the truck. More
