The customer service was wonderful. There were a few glitches but they made up for them. There were a few glitches but they made up for them. More
My experience with this dealership would have been better if they would have just kept me updated on what was happening with my vehicle. Everyone was really helpful and patient while I made sure the car was the best fit for me. Levi answered my questions days after my purchase. the car was the best fit for me. Levi answered my questions days after my purchase. More
I had a overheating issue with my Jeep, (the Jeep was purchased at Lithia Hyundai so I was returning there for services since they were familiar with the car.) Lithia replaced the thermostat with a a purchased at Lithia Hyundai so I was returning there for services since they were familiar with the car.) Lithia replaced the thermostat with a aftermarket one that failed after 1 month causing my car to overheat again. I told the service rep at Lithia that it ran fine for a month then would overheat while warming up from a cold start or while driving up hills, which was when they found a crack in the radiator and replaced it. They suggested I take it to a Jeep dealership telling me they thought it was the head gasket causing the issue (to my knowledge they never checked the new thermostat to see if that was part of the problem, I took it to Carson City Jeep due to it being much closer to where I live in South Lake Tahoe.) The new dealership in Carson City found the aftermarket thermostat to be the issue (they said they could squeeze a coolant line and hear the thermostat moving around!) The warranty company wouldn't cover the service in Carson due to the aftermarket thermostat being under warranty at Lithia. I decided I didn't want to drive from Carson City to Reno again with a overheating car risking worse issues like a breakdown which would void my warranty. So, I had the dealership in Carson put an OEM thermostat in for $700 and now the issue is fixed. From now on I will take the vehicle to Carson City Jeep. I cant even get ahold of Lithia on the phone when I call to discuss this issue because the phone rings for 5-10 minutes at a time without an answer. This has been a very frustrating and expensive experience that could have been avoided if Lithia checked the aftermarket thermostat for issues when I came back and had the radiator replaced. More

Had my vehicle for weeks without communication, had to take it back multiple times with same day failures as soon as I picked up my vehicle. One time I picked up my vehicle and the battery was dead but I take it back multiple times with same day failures as soon as I picked up my vehicle. One time I picked up my vehicle and the battery was dead but I was supposed to believe they test drove it to make sure it worked properly. Seems like a lack of customer service, a lack of integrity, a lack of employees who take pride in doing their job right the first time. I didn’t get my vehicle from them, but I will be going out of state for future service work on my vehicle because of my terrible experience. More
