While I apologize for the inconvenience (especially coming to Reno from outside the area) the company policy of at least 24 hours for a diagnosis appointment exists to give the technician ample time to source problems without the pressure of knowing a customer is in the lounge wanting to leave in as little time as necessary. When it comes to delivering quality service we err on the side of customer safety, especially when it comes to a drivability issue. I listened to the call you placed when scheduling the appointment to ensure you were made aware of the policy, and it was properly explained. Obviously we would love to continue to be your servicing dealer, but if the diagnosis policy is not convenient to you, we perfectly understand.
