No offense but your reply sounds a little too similar to the brush off I got from the service manager. And I don't really know how it can be rectified because at this point my car has a permanent engine knock after your service that it did not have prior. Even with the damage to my motor, and the cursing from a service team member, the worst take away was when your salesman blatantly lied about the mpg ratings on the stickers and then told me I was lucky that my car value equaled my payoff of 11k when I previously researched to find that my car has a trade in value of 15 to 17, with a blue book currently over 19k. If there is any way you feel you can rectify this problem other than lip service, I'll be more than happy to entertain your attempt, although the choice and behavior of the representing employees directly reflect the overall view of the management, owners, and leadership with regards to customer treatment
