We've uses this service e center many times and always come back, but the communication this time was very poor. I was always having to call to get an update. I gave them 3 stars because they replaced my engine, which died while I was there on vacation. They lose 1 star because their communication skills are severely lacking. I've been going to get my Hyundai serviced here for two years and I've never had a bad experience until today. At first, I was seen by Matt Franceschini who was the most honest and caring service advisor I years and I've never had a bad experience until today. At first, I was seen by Matt Franceschini who was the most honest and caring service advisor I've ever met. I could trust my car with him and not worry about it at all. But recently, I started getting assigned to a new service advisor and the first few visits went great. But today, I went in for a regular oil change at around 11:40 AM. I was waiting there until 3:20 PM with still no word about my car. I would see multiple groups of people that would get here after me get their cars and leave, some of them were given their keys back by the same service advisor that helped me out. Of course, I never wanted to be pushy but enough was enough so I went up to the desk. When the service advisor saw me, he didn't say a word to me but grabbed my keys out of nowhere and sat down, which made me wonder just how long my car was ready for. Maybe he called me and I didn't hear, but he didn't mention any of that. The first thing he said was about how poorly my car was running and just how much more services it needed. Not only that but another service advisor who I've never met chimed in and said, "when I drove your car in I could tell how many things were wrong with it". That is the last thing I wanted to hear after waiting 4 hours for a $50 oil change. I do want to note that the rest of the staff was amazing, as I had countless employees come up to me and ask if I needed water or any snacks, and I also want to recognize Matt Franceschini, as he is truly the only service advisor that I've seen genuinely care about things other than money. This new gentleman and the other female service advisor has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth that I would never take my business here nor would I ever recommend this dealership or any associated dealerships.
