Always absolutely great. Lived in Reno 27 years and the Reno Lithia Hyundai service department is by far the best I’ve gone to. Tabatha Culver my service advisor knows her st Lived in Reno 27 years and the Reno Lithia Hyundai service department is by far the best I’ve gone to. Tabatha Culver my service advisor knows her stuff and is knowledgeable and professional. Cuong the mechanic who exclusively works on my two Hyundai’s is just a super good mechanic. I have all the confidence in Tabatha and Cuong. One thing that really stands out compared to other dealerships is they’re honest. They are excellent at evaluating problems and discussing it with me. The service department here is the reason I bought another Hyundai in 2018. I’m very happy with it. More

Loved my last two purchases from hyundai, however this time was totally different and not in a good way. One young kid in sales or finance Robbie i think was rude.
