Everyone was very friendly and we were able to come to an agreement within a couple of hours. The only negative issue - it took over 3 hours to get through the financing with an hour and a half of that being agreement within a couple of hours. However on a good note - the finance manager was able to lower our interest rate another 1/2 percent. The finance manager was also very friendly and informative. We would recommend the dealership and definitely both sales people we worked with. More

Deborah is a great sales representative. Since I was from California, I didn't want to drive all the way up to Reno just to look at the car and not get it so we were talking over the phone and trying to nego California, I didn't want to drive all the way up to Reno just to look at the car and not get it so we were talking over the phone and trying to negotiate a great deal.
