Pete Montalvo is the most professional salesman. Pete sold me a Sonata in 2006 and he delivered it to Carson City. He did the same thing in 2015. Leaving a second review because 1 wasn't enough I bought my first car ever from Lithia Hyundai about 18 months ago, and it was stolen about 4 weeks ago. After getting a total loss statement from the insurance company, I went right back to Lithia and 4 hours later, drove away with a leased vehicle the whole family is happy about. Lithia helped button up a bad experience with exceptional service, great deals (thanks for finding that lease price break because i was a hyundai owner previously!) and made a loyal customer out of me. If you enjoy woman being mistreated, then youll love Hyundai After six hours of negotiating with the dealers for a reasonable price, I accepted the deal. However, it was 11pm, so I asked if I could come back the After six hours of negotiating with the dealers for a reasonable price, I accepted the deal. However, it was 11pm, so I asked if I could come back the next day to sign the lease. They said no. They also said I had to pay for the down payment prior to signing the papers. Since we had settled in for a price, I agreed. Dave, the finance person, refused to explain parts of the lease. He made degrading remarks and made me feel stupid for not knowing what some of the terms meant. When I asked what one of the terms meant he said "Are you serious? Do I need to spell it out for you?". After that I started crying because I knew I had just paid for the car, but that they would not give me a proper explanation of the lease terms. Dave refused to give me time to consult my family since it was late and he wanted to get out of there. He said I kept them there for long enough, therefore I just had to sign the papers so that he could go home. I never asked to stay there for that long, instead asked multiple times if I could come back the next morning. He was disrespectful and made multiple rude comments. By the end, he told me about a charge that he hadn’t mentioned previously. He took advantage of me and pressured me because I am a young woman. I left the dealership crying uncontrollably. I had never felt so disrespected in my entire life. I know realize how manipulated and brainwashed I felt at the moment. I was feeling bad for negotiating for a price for such long hours that I felt obligated to buy the car. They knew I was young, I had mentioned I had the money, and I was by myself so they were able to manipulate me easier. I ended up leasing a car at a higher price than what I expected when I paid for the down payment, I remain unaware of what some of the terms in the contract mean, but now it's too late. Worst experience in my life. No doubt about it. Will you guys even care/read this review? After the experience I had.... doubt it. More
