You guys rock!!! So....I had submitted online to get a vehicle and was connected with Lithia Hyundai of Reno. Anyways, it was a hassle just getting through the loan process because of my pay stubs not matching my employer, but Cody was really patient and worked with me while I tried to get things taken care of. Cody was extremely helpful in coming to pick me up and drop me off while I was without a vehicle just so that we were actually able to sit down at the dealership and go over stuff. David was really helpful with getting me a warranty and explaining contract terms to where I was surprised I was able to leave with no questions. Dylan's done a super job with his sales group and is such a great man. He made it a point to check in and make sure everything went as expected and made sure I was happy with the outcome, which I was. Unlike a lot of the other dealerships I've been to in Reno, these guys actually care about their customers. More

I went in looking at the new Tucson base model and drove away with a new Sonata Sport--much better equipped and at the same price level! I went back four times before committing to the sale and not once did Lithia call, email, or otherwise try to sell me a car. They let me come to them in my own time and I am confident I bought the right car for me. More
