Reno Lithia Hyundai was a mess for me to get my 23,000 dollar car from. The car not only has many problems, it already needs new brakes and tires. I’ve only bought the car 3 months ago. Friendly staff, listened to me the first time when I said I wouldn’t buy unless it was AWD. I’m going to leave a very brief review, because I’ve told this story plenty of times. I purchased a 2017 Ford, and I knew going in there may be a few issues. In a span of a month the key to the car didn’t wo this story plenty of times. I purchased a 2017 Ford, and I knew going in there may be a few issues. In a span of a month the key to the car didn’t work, there was a major oil leak, a transmission issue, a battery voltage issue, and one of my headlights didn’t work. The salesman also took advantage of having my phone number for all the incorrect reasons. I’ve dealt with multiple managers, other car dealerships, multiple corporate agents. The management has no idea what their doing because when they finally took my vehicle and gave me a rental for the time being, multiple service agents were asking me to bring in my vehicle when it was the manager who ordered them to pick it up. The lack of communication on all ends is unbelievable. The management team and their “sharks” are extremely disrespectful. Yes, a salesman called him and all the workers sharks due to their drive. I’m still in the process of getting this whole thing taken care of and it’s been extremely frustrating. Another Lithia dealership called me because they somehow heard what had happened, and they told me they were embarrassed as xxxx on behalf of them and I would be too. More
