This has been a very bad experience dealing with the Lithia Hyundai sales team ..all the way up to the finance manager. They sold and sent us home with a car that had less than 20% charge and was dirty Lithia Hyundai sales team ..all the way up to the finance manager. They sold and sent us home with a car that had less than 20% charge and was dirty. I had to ask for it to be detailed. They just ran it through the car wash and wud it down. Poor service. Then the windshield had hard water spots on it and the alignment pulled to the right. We had to come back THREE TIMES before they got us in. First time they could not fix the windshield and said they couldn’t do the alignment even though Levi the sales person said an appointment had been made. My husband was there for 4 hours that time. Then the 2nd time we had an “appointment “ for a new windshield and an alignment. We walked in and they stated the windshield was not in. Levi “emailed” us in the evening. Whic we do not check our emails 24/7. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. So we said “well at least you can do our alignment. They had NO appointment set up for the alignment. Levi came over and did not apologize. What he said was “I did my job I emailed you”. Completely being defensive and no explanation why the alignment appointment was not in the schedule. On the 3rd visit we finally got the windshield and I “guess” an alignment. They never gave us paperwork showing what they did. And the car was left filthy from them putting in the windshield. Then my husband told everyone that approached him what a horrible experience we have had with Lithia. The finance manager’s response was “well I got your financing approved quickly so it wasn’t all that bad”. Unbelievable. I think the Ioniq5 is a good car but every time I drive it, it is tainted with our horrible experience with the complete sales staff. Instead of putting the customer first, the are busy covering each other’s xxxxx. The we find out that the $400 charging card that was promised to us had expired. We went on that website multiple times. My husband had to talk with several people to learn that it had expired and we did not qualify. They could have made a quick phone call (Levi that is) and told us that. I regret ever walking into Lithia Hyundai. More

Shop wasn't transparent on when the vehicle was going to be ready. We were told one day and when that day came the car wasn't ready.
