Excellent service.... as always. I am on my 3rd Santa Fe..... 2008 Santa Fe that I used as a traveling tech. Traded in at 365,000 miles for a 2013 Santa Fe Limited. I ended up givi I am on my 3rd Santa Fe..... 2008 Santa Fe that I used as a traveling tech. Traded in at 365,000 miles for a 2013 Santa Fe Limited. I ended up giving it to my wife and I just kept driving my 2008, then traded it in for a 2015 Santa Fe Sport. about 170,000 miles so far. In two years it will go to my daughter when she gets her learners permit. I will then get another Santa Fe. I will just get the bottom of the line model because all the equipment I carry will just tear up the interior. I was just at the Odessa location for oil change and saw the new Santa Fe.... OMG.... it was AWESOME! You have to check it out... Special thanks to Gabriel Ramos Reynosa for showing all the details of the new model in the showroom. Can't wait till I get my 4th one in late 2020.... then we will be a 3 Santa Fe Family..... Oil change and inspection I went in for an oil change and state inspection. While there I asked them to check on a piece of loose metal covering under the vehicle while they ha I went in for an oil change and state inspection. While there I asked them to check on a piece of loose metal covering under the vehicle while they had it on the lift. After I left, I heard the same rattling under the car. Stopped and looked underneath the car and the piece of metal was still hanging loose. I was able to get a good look at the piece and figured I might be able to fix it myself, without having a lift. Unfortunately, this required me laying on the ground to do so. I was able to repair the loose piece, fortunately, so I could get to work without having to return to the shop. Based on this, I would rate the service at 4.6 stars, but that is not an option, is it. More

I have been to the Odessa Lithia Hyundai service center in Odessa every month for the last 11 years for an oil change since I drive so many miles a ye I have been to the Odessa Lithia Hyundai service center in Odessa every month for the last 11 years for an oil change since I drive so many miles a year. I bought the life-time oil change plan so I am there every 3,000 miles. Plus I buy my tires there so I get my tires rotated for free like every other oil change. Always greeted with a smile and a very reasonable wait time, of course dependent on the amount of cars before me. I highly recommend this dealership. More
