Never answered the phone There is a recall on my Hyundai that needs to be fixed. I waited on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I then tried to schedule the service appoint There is a recall on my Hyundai that needs to be fixed. I waited on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I then tried to schedule the service appointment online. After selecting the recall repairs I needed, I searched for an appointment within eight months; they didn't show a single available appointment. Just to see, I noted that I didn't need the recall repairs and replaced them with normal repairs. They had available appointments within two weeks. It seems they refuse to perform mandatory recall work on defective vehicles. More
