Excellent customer service... as always. Had to get new tires for my 3rd Santa Fe. Got 90,000 miles out of them.... would have been more had I rotated them more..... Anyway... I took wife's car (Santa Fe as well) to work this week out of town and she dropped it off and they gave her a ride home. Looking forward to Santa Fe #4 in a year and a half when my daughter will inherit mine and I will get the new one! Excellent service.... as always. I am on my 3rd Santa Fe..... 2008 Santa Fe that I used as a traveling tech. Traded in at 365,000 miles for a 2013 Santa Fe Limited. I ended up givi I am on my 3rd Santa Fe..... 2008 Santa Fe that I used as a traveling tech. Traded in at 365,000 miles for a 2013 Santa Fe Limited. I ended up giving it to my wife and I just kept driving my 2008, then traded it in for a 2015 Santa Fe Sport. about 170,000 miles so far. In two years it will go to my daughter when she gets her learners permit. I will then get another Santa Fe. I will just get the bottom of the line model because all the equipment I carry will just tear up the interior. I was just at the Odessa location for oil change and saw the new Santa Fe.... OMG.... it was AWESOME! You have to check it out... Special thanks to Gabriel Ramos Reynosa for showing all the details of the new model in the showroom. Can't wait till I get my 4th one in late 2020.... then we will be a 3 Santa Fe Family..... LOL Also, Thanks to Christian, one of the mechanics for asking if we needed help when he was passing through the service desk area while Eric was outside the door with a customer. More
