No communication Took my car in because the check engine light was on . I kept calling and they wouldn’t answer or call me back to lmk what was wrong since we were on day two. Picked up my car and my right mirror now doesn’t function and the check engine light is still on. This service dept is bad about communicating and on top of that they were rude to me and made things worse. I wish Hyundai would come in and clean up and hire all new staff. Also you can call and out of town Hyundai and get better pricing the cost here is ridiculous. This Hyundai is terrible . More

I am very upset because as soon as I left the car started doing the same things. I cannot take off from work everytime it starts acting up for the service department to say there is nothing wrong. I wandered around in the show room looking at new cars for most of the two hours that I was there. No other customer was in the show room but me . There were plenty of sales people doing nothing but not one wanted to wait on me or even spoke to me. I was interested in a G90 but I suppose that this dealership does not want to sell cars. I bought the Hyundai I have there and paid cash as I will if I buy another but not from this dealership. More

Lack of Customer Service They don't call you back, when they say they will. To ever get an update you have to go to the dealership. It takes months to fix a radio. Good Service Center for Hyundai, BUT My auto was experiencing an unusual sound from under the hood when the car part was in gear but stopped with the engine running. I had never heard a s My auto was experiencing an unusual sound from under the hood when the car part was in gear but stopped with the engine running. I had never heard a sound like this before and the mechanic who was in the car with me agreed. It took a day or so for him to diagnose what the problem was. But he was accurate in his diagnosis even though I did not at first believe him. He had to order a part so it took another day to get the part .He correctly solved the problem and now my car sounds new again. However, my dissatisfaction comes from a lack of communication on the part of the Service Department. Since my car was there for three + days, I called at least three times during this period for information about the status of my car and not a single time was my call ever returned. On each of those days I had to drive to the dealership to find the information. Since I was renting a car I could not tell the car rental place how long I would need the rental. This was costing me $120.00 per day. So I am very unhappy with communication from Lithia Hundai in Odessa, Texas. More
