Lithia Hyundai of Odessa - Service Center

This was the single worst experience I have had with a dealership in my 51 years. They had our car for 7 weeks to the day. We had to constantly call them for updates (we rcvd 2 calls from them the entir dealership in my 51 years. They had our car for 7 weeks to the day. We had to constantly call them for updates (we rcvd 2 calls from them the entire 7 weeks). We were lied to (verified by contacting Hyundai North America) about two different repair delays. When we were finally able to pick up our car, the Service Manager, Brandon, treated and spoke to us very rudely. While our purchase from this dealership was very nice and smooth, the experience with Service has made us regret that purchase from them and almost regret purchasing a Hyundai altogether. More
