Never answered the phone There is a recall on my Hyundai that needs to be fixed. I waited on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I then tried to schedule the service appoint There is a recall on my Hyundai that needs to be fixed. I waited on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I then tried to schedule the service appointment online. After selecting the recall repairs I needed, I searched for an appointment within eight months; they didn't show a single available appointment. Just to see, I noted that I didn't need the recall repairs and replaced them with normal repairs. They had available appointments within two weeks. It seems they refuse to perform mandatory recall work on defective vehicles. More

Lithia Hyundai of Idessa Great customer service. Np short wait time. Answered all questions. Nice and clean customer waiting area. Not a lot of chaos, like in some places. Great customer service.
