Service person, Michelle, does not communicate well or I was misled on my warranty coverage. She first stated that she needed a phone number for the extended warranty after I had stated on at least three di was misled on my warranty coverage. Then she stated that my repair was maintenance and the warranty would not cover it. I asked her for the warranty company’s phone number. She eventually gave it to me, but not until she had submitted a claim—which leads me to believe the initial call never happened. After she gave me the phone number she let me know that the warranty was covering all but my deductible and the recharge on the ac coolant. Very suspicious sequence of events....🤦♀️ More
I was very pleasant with the service that I received because even though they told me that I need to do some service that I needed to do they didn't insist or black mail me to do it. Took almost two hours for an oil change and inspection. I was second in line when they opened. Terrible. This is the second time I have had the same experience.
