I had intermittent starting issues with my car. I told the service department that when I had it towed there. Sometimes its starts and sometimes it doesn't. In two weeks that Lithia Hyundai had my car the the service department that when I had it towed there. Sometimes its starts and sometimes it doesn't. In two weeks that Lithia Hyundai had my car they started it one time and never touched it again. They told me the car was fine, knowing that they never tried to troubleshoot the issue. I loaded my car on a trailer and as soon as I got home the car wouldn't start. I brought it to a local mechanic and he found a faulty starter. He was able to find it because he took the time to follow up. He didn't just try to start it once. He checked it several times a day. I'll never waste my time at Lithia Hyundai again. More
