Everything went well up until I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I had to wait ten minutes for a different service writer because the one on site was only doing oil change wo's. However he ended up helping vehicle. I had to wait ten minutes for a different service writer because the one on site was only doing oil change wo's. However he ended up helping me anyway because the other person never showed up. Then he couldn't locate my wo. When he found it he handed me my keys and led me up to the cashier, never explaning charges or work performed. Then the cashier asked me if the wo was explained to me and I said no and she said well you can just go back there and ask them. After she cashed me out I asked where my car was and she said it should be out there somewhere in front. I had to hunt it down in the parking lot myself. Poor, poor customer service in regards to picking up my vehicle. However, Eric took his time to send me pics and give explanations while the work was being performed and the car has been running properly. However, your TEAM can not stop there, they must follw through and complete the job! Your sales department sells the first car, but your service/parts department sells the second and third. More
