I have taken my vehicle in twice for an engine failure problem performed all the recommended maintainence but the problem persists. Each time I have taken the car in service to set up an appointment has b problem performed all the recommended maintainence but the problem persists. I have not had a good experience with this dealership. Besides the fact that I have to produce proof of my extended warranty each time I bring my car in for an oil change but my husband doesn't, they left Besides the fact that I have to produce proof of my extended warranty each time I bring my car in for an oil change but my husband doesn't, they left the glove box disconnected when they checked the cabin filter last time I took my car in so that everything fell out when I opened it. The thing that has made me really upset is that they have denied me warranty coverage on a seatbelt that is coming apart. Eric told me that it could possibly be from having a car seat in the back of my car, as if Hyundais or any modern cars are not designed to handle carseats. Regardless, I have not had a carseat in the back of my car, I have a seatbelt that is inexplicably shredding in a 2 year old vehicle, and I get to pay to have it replaced. More
