Warranty dept reviewed and approved my engine replacement. After waiting over a month and half to get the engine and parts it arrives. Now I'm being told that there is only 1 mechanic that works on small block engines. So now due to that we have to wait even longer. My son managed to contact your dealership and he was told that you are running behind because people are out on vacation. My wife and I both work and have been having to share 1 vehicle. It is an inconvenience to say the least. I give Lithia Hyundai a negative rating I would. Your customer service SUCKS! Your serviceman never returns your call. I called your operator and she hand delivered a note to the service manager (several times) and he may or may not called me back. As of today it's been close to 6 months that I have not been able to drive. A vehicle that I continue to pay without being able to drive! I have started to reach out to a lawyer to see what avenue I have to get my vehicle back! More

Arrived to service area and was quickly assisted by Eric. He was very friendly and was able to assist with all of the vehicle needs. They took too long to service the vehicle and the customer service has not been the best particularly when performing the annual inspection.
