POOR SERVICE! ! I took my car to have the oil changed and to have it checked because it was having problems starting, they told me everything was fine they tested t ! I took my car to have the oil changed and to have it checked because it was having problems starting, they told me everything was fine they tested the battery and it was fine; however it was not fine, the battery was bad, I took my car to another place to have it checked and obviously the battery was to be changed! Sat in the car waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to come see what I was there for. No communication on my vehicle. It was pulled into the bay, never lifted in the air for my oil change then pulled out come see what I was there for. No communication on my vehicle. It was pulled into the bay, never lifted in the air for my oil change then pulled out to where I couldn’t see it. I was there over 2 hours. Air filter showed to be replaced on the paper work I was given but when pulling it out, it wasn’t done. I’ve had a part missing on my vehicle since 3 weeks off the lot and they still cannot fix it. Multiple trips to the dealership. Requested to schedule in a date and time for it to be fixed seeing the parts been there and no one notified me. The appointment wasn’t scheduled. I absolutely dread having to go over there for anything service wise! More

The service tech responsible for notifying me about vehicle being ready never called me to pick up so I went to pick up truck 15 minutes before closing time , nobody was in building found keys laying vehicle being ready never called me to pick up so I went to pick up truck 15 minutes before closing time , nobody was in building found keys laying on counter & got them & left.
