This was a horrible experience. My car was towed there on June 15. When we loaded it on our own trailer August 2, they still had never even looked at it to find out what was wrong. Car was brought in saturday morning for change oil/rotation. They never called back until late in the afternoon after they then said that the cashier just left for the day and that they cant accep oil/rotation.
