I went in to get my car serviced. I had very little wait time and the service done to my car was awesome. No issues. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Very hard to get ahold of the service department. They schedule your appointments way out. Then twice I’ve dropped my car off and they forgot it was even there both times. I called three times the second visit I made to remind them my car was there and I never was able to get through to the service manager, and finally after a couple days of no call for updates I called again and when I did get ahold of the service manager he said they still haven’t diagnosed my car. I definitely do not recommend taking your car there. More

The wait time is to long for them to even run a diagnostic on the vehicle and according to them it is going to be around 3 months for them to get to the vehicle, meantime I don't even get a loaner diagnostic on the vehicle and according to them it is going to be around 3 months for them to get to the vehicle, meantime I don't even get a loaner vehcle.
