Very hard to get ahold of the service department. They schedule your appointments way out. Then twice I’ve dropped my car off and they forgot it was even there both times. I called three times the second visit I made to remind them my car was there and I never was able to get through to the service manager, and finally after a couple days of no call for updates I called again and when I did get ahold of the service manager he said they still haven’t diagnosed my car. I definitely do not recommend taking your car there. More

I like the brand new 2023 vehicle I left the lot with, especially given that my car had given out there at the service station and I couldn’t have returned home over 500 miles away; however, I sincerely w especially given that my car had given out there at the service station and I couldn’t have returned home over 500 miles away; however, I sincerely would have appreciated even more if there had been a wider selection from which to choose. The salesman and finance guy were friendly and professional. The amenities and general ambiance were nice. The bathroom was clean and tidy. This is not the first time Lithia has sold me a car and it probably won’t be the last, either. The overall value to me would have been higher had I left with service free for the life of the vehicle and I wish that I had been offered more extras but I guess everyone was eager to go home for the day. I totally appreciate, though, that the dealership was open for business when I needed it most. More
Very good experience: even though they ordered the wrong parts, they put my safety first and gave me a loaner car until my brakes and rotors arrived, When my brakes arrived, they also took responsibility fo parts, they put my safety first and gave me a loaner car until my brakes and rotors arrived, When my brakes arrived, they also took responsibility for their mistake amd charged me $600 less as I was originally quotes for the wrong parts.
