Lithia Hyundai of Odessa - Service Center

I've only been there 3x for an oil change since it's included in my warranty. I have had to wait 3-4 hrs each time. It takes too long, there is lack of communication, no customer service at all. Once you give them your keys no one comes anywhere near you with updates... like maybe say " your vehicle is close to being done" maybe updates on time so we don't feel that they maybe just forgot about us... would be nice to see happy faces while we wait but the ladies are in their own world the entire time. We own a Kia and a Hyundai...I've been to both places in Odessa to get serviced and it would be nice to feel the hospitality from one place at the other. More

I got there 30 minutes after they opened and waited for almost 2 hours. I called before but they do not do appointments for general services. After service I left with the tire going off indicating a bad sensor. As well as when they took my glove box apart to look at the filter they didn’t put it back together correctly. Their dealership was under construction, and they gave me a flat tire, we’re sure one of their nails, because when I brought it, (has sensitive sensors ) and it was never on. I had to fix my brakes and top brake light. Took them 3 days, due to messing up my rotor and having to put a new one and then they had to order the brake light that they said they already had.
