Lithia Hyundai of Odessa - Service Center

I towed my vehicle into the service department with a appointment date set for September 23rd. My vehicle was there 2 weeks before my appointment time. It is now November and they never looked at it. The finance company is repossessing the vehicle because I am not paying for a vehicle I have had in the shop longer than I have owned it. No one would call me back about when the vehicle would be looked at. I called several times. Only got voicemails and no calls backs. This includes the Service Manager. When I went to clean out my car it looked like my tires where starting to flat bottom because it has been sitting in the dirt lot for so long. I will never trust this dealership again. More

Have had great service so far, but dropped them 1 star for recently charging me $150 diagnosis fee for telling me my USB port was dirty. At least they cleaned it and now works fine. Most mechanics would've taken this opportunity to not charge for 15 minutes of their time to build trust with their customers, but dealers will be dealers... Would very much recommend otherwise as the quality of work performed so far has been spot on. More
