Could not book service online due to receiving error messages. Took me 3 calls on as many days before I even reached a person (tried both sales and service numbers, held for over 15 min each time and no messages. On the 3rd try I spoke with someone who said he was the service manager but said he couldn’t book me at that time because he needed to look into the system and confirm recalls were open even though I gave him the VIN on the spot. He assured me he’d call me back. He did not. Then on the 4th try I finally got the service booked. Experience at dealership wasn’t great either. After vehicle was done the key sat on service techs desk while he was away at lunch. There was another service tech there and someone in an office both of which saw me walk up several times, stared directly at my key and didn’t think to ask me if they could help me. The person in the office was having a casual non business conversation with another employee. Both of them saw me and just completely ignored me. And the other service tech was on the phone but could clearly tell I knew my vehicle was done. I was the only customer waiting at the time. He could’ve walked over when he got off the phone but chose not to. And there was no coffee. Overall not terrible but just a complacent attitude that made me feel unwelcome. “we are busy we don’t really need your business so just wait until we are good and ready”. There was one person pretty sure he said his name was Andy who I had a nice exchange with and made me feel welcome. More

I tried for 3 days to get someone to answer and then I finally had to get the front desk lady to make me an appoint for the following week. The person that helped me with purchasing my first car was so helpful, informative, and overall was super kind. He was honest and made my first time purchasing a car a great experience. There was a small issue (gas cap wasn’t closed all the way) and he made a point to contact me the next day to make sure the issue remained resolved after having the vehicle looked at.
