Very very poor communication from the service manager. He would never answer the phone or give us a call back. We left numerous messages just for a status. We took it in on a Thursday and the service mana He would never answer the phone or give us a call back. We left numerous messages just for a status. We took it in on a Thursday and the service manager called with a quote and what the issue was they found. Said it would be done that day. Never heard back and could not get ahold of anyone after calling multiple times. Come Friday morning still couldn’t get ahold of anyone, Friday afternoon spoke to a lady that said it looked like they were still working on it and would be done that day, still nothing and no update. Come Monday morning same issue. No answer and just got the run around that they would look into it and give us a call. Come Monday spoke to a lady again not the service manager that stated that they had been working in recalls and had not started to repair the issue the car had been brought in for. Finally Monday afternoon someone called and said that the should be ready by the following morning. Finally Tuesday mid morning someone called stating the car was ready for pickup. More

You’re a customer service rep Jasmine was very unfriendly, She made me feel like she was more important than I was as most customer service reps in Odessa Texas do nowadays. If I didn’t own a Hyun unfriendly, She made me feel like she was more important than I was as most customer service reps in Odessa Texas do nowadays. If I didn’t own a Hyundai Kona that may have more recalls or something I will never go back to that place again. Thank you More

They sold me a vehicle with issues basicly tricked us into telling the bank we were happy with our purchase because they said otherwise they couldn't help us promised to fix the vehicle stated they'd bu into telling the bank we were happy with our purchase because they said otherwise they couldn't help us promised to fix the vehicle stated they'd buy us out of our contract,that didn't happen now I'm stuck with a unreliable vehicle and our salesman no longer works there. Spoke to another sales manager who basicly said they really dont have to help us after explaining my issue again.Overall experience not great at all. More
