Friendly customer service The service department told us months ago they needed to order parts for a recall on our 2024 Santa Fe. They told us they would call us when the parts came in. No one called back. We decided to drive to Odessa from Midland and talk to someone face to face. We were simply told they have the parts for the recall. Why didn't they call us?? Then we were told they could put the parts in but it would take two hours. My husband is disabled. We didn't have two hours to spare. We need to plan for situations like that. So, we made an appointment for the following week. We arrived early, we were greeted by friendly staff, and the necessary parts were put in. It's such a shame we had to waste expensive gas because no one bothered to call us or reply to our messages. On a lighter note, we think the world of your salesman, Vinny. ?? He told us if we ever have any problems again just call him. You need more people like Vinny. He truly cares about his customers. More
