I dropped my car off at 7:30 to get serviced, and left it for the day. I tried calling at least 10 times throughout the day to touch base and no one answered or returned a call. I was going to be after hours for the day. I tried calling at least 10 times throughout the day to touch base and no one answered or returned a call. I was going to be after hours to pick it up and though Eric was there, the tech did not reset my oil life or check my tire pressures that I specifically needed. I was leaving on a 2000 mile trip and needed my vehicle ready. 200 miles down the road my low engine oil light came on and no one has returned that call either. It's really disgraceful. More

Very slow getting my car back because of the road hazard warranty on my tires so I was told. Can't get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. My vehicle was there 3 to 4 weeks over a 2 bad tires and a warranty on my tires so I was told. Can't get anyone to answer the phone or return calls.
