It’s ridiculous to expect people to go 2 to 3 weeks without a car. You need to change how you set up appointments. Telling me to drop off my car on a Thursday but we can even look at it for at least 2 without a car. You need to change how you set up appointments. Telling me to drop off my car on a Thursday but we can even look at it for at least 2 to 3 weeks after that is ridiculous and a horrible business model. When I had a Mazda if I make an appointment there, someone looks at it right then and fixes it. Not 3 weeks from now while I go without car. Tell me we can’t see you for 3 weeks and make my appointment for then. When you can actually fix it! My car has 27,000 miles and I can’t use half the charging ports. Probably just a fuse but 3 weeks to do that? You seriously need new management! More
