No communication about the status of your vehicle throughout the day. I’ll start off with the fact that I bought my vehicle from this dealership roughly 3 years ago. My vehicle became due for a recall so I dropped my vehicle off to hopefully fix the issue with my vehicle n from this dealership roughly 3 years ago. My vehicle became due for a recall so I dropped my vehicle off to hopefully fix the issue with my vehicle not starting. After calling roughly 4 times, I was able to speak with Christian. I was told that the battery($300) would need to be replaced to be worked on further so we went ahead and agreed so the recall could be fixed. I picked my vehicle up this past week and to my surprise, my vehicle now had visible mold on my driver/passenger side floors and to both my front and back seat belts. Elizabeth, at the front desk, expressed her regret that this occurred and was able to have my vehicle detailed I was very thankful that something was done. She was very helpful and personable during the entire encounter. Lastly, I left the dealership after the cleaning and drove it south 2 hours to my apartment and let it sit for a few hours. When I came back out again to drive, it was unable to start(the same reason I originally dropped the vehicle off). Ultimately, I left my vehicle in my garage and took the shuttle back to Anchorage. I would like to shout out Blayke as he was the only one I could get ahold of through the process. He was beyond helpful and when he said he’d do something, he did it. More
